Gingersnaps

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses

Mix all ingredients, roll dough into small balls, and roll around in sugar. Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
